Can't access share after setting password

The issue of Windows credentials is poorly addressed by WD. It took me a while to figure out that mapping a Public share before Private shares caused a problem. I know it’s a Windows issue, and not a MyCloud issue, but it’s a pretty arcane problem, and WD ought to provide advice for their customers who aren’t Windows experts. It’s also one of the most common problems experienced, so there ought to be an FAQ on it.
