Can't access MyCloud via remote access even though my dashboard says connected

Can’t access MyCloud via remote access on iPhone even though my dashboard says connected on my computer at home.

Can anyone help me regain remote access.  I had it a couple weeks ago, and then now I can’t.  I get a message that says “remote access has been disabled.”
