I can’t ever get my cloud to stay connected to my network. I can connect through the internet and through the app but when I want to connect through file explorer no access, even after I’ve gotten it by chance to map a drive. What do I need to do to keep this from happening all the time? It is getting really frustrating. Can’t call them because can’t understand them and they want $$$. Please help me get this fixed.
Do I need to port forward anything? I am using Xfinity internet
