Can't access my shares - HELP!

A couple of nights ago, I noticed that the shares on my device were not working.  When I logged into the server, it was prompting a firmware update so thought that could be the problem.  After updating, although I can see my shares when logged in, each share is showing no data being used implying I have list everything.  The strange thing is that the overall drive is showing 1.3TB being used.

Any ideas how to get this back up and working?

have you tried enabling hidden files and folders in case file properties have been altered within your NAS?
