Cant access my my cloud server through finder on my mac

when i go to the shared bar and try to connect to my cloud i get this message. I can access it through the website, but not finder. Running on OSX El Capitan.

There are a lot of complaints about My Cloud access/usability issues since Apple rolled out the El Capitan update.
