Help! How can I access my data via ‘My Cloud’? It’s not showing up via my wifi nor being hardwired. It’s a 2012 - 2013 version.

Please try the legacy forum as your device is completely different in hardware and software.

Can't add any new content but can read/write to NAS

It is not that anyone is keeping anything from you but yourself. It only takes 30 seconds to find the correct subforum where there could be someone familiar with your device to give you an informed answer. The My Cloud Home which is the subject of this subforum is completely different in hardware and software from the legacy My Cloud series. The two devices have nothing in common. Cheers.
