Can't access My Cloud Home for 2 weeks now

I cannot access My Cloud Home for 2 weeks now. The light in the front is solid white. I tried shutting it down, but nothing changes.

I am a bit in a hurry, you see, now I am 41 weeks pregnant and the design and address-list for the babycard is on the cloud…

What do I need to do to access the cloud again?

The support-website tells me there is no bug or server down or something.
