Can't access music and video from iPhone

i can’t access mp3 and mp4 video files when away from home.
Everything is functioning while in same WIFI.
“can not play this type of file” is displayed on iOS device.
Photos are ok.
All devices including MYBOOKLIVE has the latest firmware.
Please help

I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the App then try again.

got it to work after delete and re download
