Can't access internet

I have 3 mycloud storages and I am having real trouble ever since I upgraded to Win 10.

I am not sure what the problem is but for example when I try and update the firmware I get this message.

Unable to connect to the firmware update server. Please check the network connection and try again.

If you want to update your devices you may have to do a manual download and update.
