Can't access folder(s) after transfer

I’ve looked on the board and can’t seem to find anything like this (so I will apoligize if it is out there and I can’t find it).

I can’t access my transferred Folders through Finder after they’ve been copied over. They look like “Hidden” Folders (see image). The weird thing is that I can access the files through the mobile apps and through the WD Mycloud software. The files were all transferred over 24 hours ago and they still look like the image attached.

I’ve already read enough about the slow speeds so I won’t belabor that issue. I just want to access my files! Help!

I don’t have an answer but I do have the same problem.

I’m running OS X Version 10.9.1 (Mavericks) and can’t access the files from the Finder but can through WD My Cloud app. Why?

Yes, I’m running Mavericks as well on a Late 2012 MacBook Pro. I just spent exactly 59 mins, 36 seconds on-hold with the WD techline (I had to hang up). This is incredibly frustrating. The unit is of no use if I can’t access my iTunes library and Music from the drive.

I hope someone sees this from WD.
