Can't access files on Apple Airport Extreme

I have some movies on a HD attached to my Apple Airport Extreme. My ‘WD TV Live Streaming’ can access and play the movies through the ‘Network Shares’ without a problem. But when I go to the same Network Share on my older ‘WD TV Live Plus’, it says that there are no files in the folder. However, the ‘WD TV Live Plus’ can access the files on the HD attached to the ‘WD TV Live Streaming’.

Any ideas?
