I have a Mycloud Mirror. I can access the dashboard through the network, but I can’t access the files through the mycloud app. I have tried using an activation code. I have tried using my mycloud online login. It sees the device, I just can’t connect. It asks me for a device name and password, but there are no devices in the dropdown. In the dashboard network profile, it says “No Internet Access”, which I suspect is the problem. How do I restore internet access so I can get to my files? Because, frankly, if I can’t get to the files, this is pretty much useless.
