I’ve been using my EX2100 for years with Windows devices but ever since moving to MasOS/iOS I haven’t been able to access the admin interface using a web browser. I’m not referring to remote file access using MyCloud but the interface where you set up users, shares, settings, etc.
Under Windows, I could just navigate the IP address, put in the admin credentials, and I’d be all set. Under MacOS, I try the same thing and get “site can’t be reached”. I’m able to add the drive to Finder and do file operations there, so I know some networking is correct.
Is there some other way I need to address the NAS in the web browser or is there some network setting I need to enable?
This appears to be related to a particular browser. I thought I had tried other browsers, but apparently not. 
Now to dig into the settings of my preferred browser.
