Can't Access Drives Via SmartWare

I’ve been using WD SmartWare for quite a long time. One of my drives in my LiveBookDuo went bad, and I replaced it. After installing, the diagnostics found it in a heartbeat. When I fired up SmartWare, it is asking me to log into the drive. My previous passwords are not working. I have even changed the shares to Public - no luck. What do you suggest before I do a complete factory reset? I really would like to save my data.

Have you tried to access the MBLDuo via File Explorer ?

Yes - and I can only get to the “public” sector. I can’t get to my private shares, nor the private shares that I made public.
