Cant Access device remotely

Hi,

Looking for some help on remote access - any comments / ideas gratefully received!

MBL successfully setup, remote access activated, connection status is good with port forwarding enabled. WD2Go set up and works fine when I access the drive through my internal network - either from WiFi connected iPhone using the app, or through web browser.

However - external acess (over 3G network) using WG2go app comes up with error message “Device not accesible : Local documents are available : (F.11)”

Any ideas?

Could it be related to data plan limit issues?
