Can't access Dashboard from my Mac (UDM Pro)

I am trying to add a My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS that was previously used at my office to my home network. I’ve resetted the admin password by doing a 4-second reset without any problems and did a firmware update on the NAS, I can see the contents of the NAS in my Mac Finder, and I can login as Admin using finder. however, after the firmware update, I haven’t been able to access the dashboard anymore using a Safari browser window and entering either: a.the NAS IP address (i.e. http://192.168.1.XXX) or b. the NAS name (i.e. http:/devicename.local/). I have tried many ways and cannot access the dashboard.

I have a UDM Pro, my Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS running My Cloud OS3 is plugged directly into the UDM Pro via an Ethernet Cable. My computer is a Mac running macOS Monterey 12.2.1 connected via wifi to the network.

What am I doing wrong? I am not a network expert, so any help on this will be much appreciated.

Thanks to you all.
