Can't access aMule frontend

Hello,

I’ve got a MCM since christmas.

I installed aMule although I don’t use it so much, but from time to time I can’t get into de aMule web. I just get an error from Firefox saying that it can’t connect to [MCM IP]:4711

I have tried almost everything with no result:

  • Disabling and enabling aMule

  • Rebooting the MCM

The only way to get it working again is uninstalling and installing again aMule.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour? Any clue or tip?

I have activated ssh to have a look

looking for some amule process running, but there is no one

I have also been looking for commands I have found this

 # ls -l ./usr/sbin/amule_start
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            44 Jan 21 23:15 ./usr/sbin/amule_start -> /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/aMule/bin/amule_start

But /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/aMule/bin/amule_start doesn’t exist!!!

I have unistalled and installed again, it works, but still the link is missing. So, I guess that after a restart aMule won’t start again.

Is it a bug? How can I inform WD?
