Cant acces my wd passport ultra

I formated my wd Passport and my pc wont recognise it, the formatting erased everything and i think also the drivers and stuff. I really need to use it

Formatting your unit does not erase drivers since drivers are stored within Windows.

How did you format your unit? Is your unit displayed within Disk Management?
