Cant acces MY BOOK LIVE folders

Hello.

I have owned a MY BOOK LIVE for about 2 years and it has worked perfectly since i got it.

I use it with 3 computers - i chose the folders that i have created in the MY BOOK LIVE dashboard by selecting them through “computer” and clicking map network drive.

A few days ago, the folders stopped responding when i clicked them - but the dashboard still works fine - and the folders still works on my other to computers.

I went to map the network drives againg, but the computer tells me that i cant get acces.

I have tried rebooting, resetting and reinstalling the NAS, but with no luck :frowning:

Does any of you have any suggestions to why this problem appears? - it works fine with all the other computers…
