Can't acces from outside network but the drive is connected to mycloud

Hi there,

Since 3 weeks I can’t acces my WD Mycloud EX2 ultra from outside my network.
I didn’t changed any settings since I installed it last years.

When I go to the dashboard - settings:
I can see it has an internet connection and WD Mycloud is ‘on’ and ‘connected’ (screenshot)


Only thing I notice is that when I go to the network settings there is something ‘wrong’ with the info I see. (screenshot)

You can try to check with Google public DNS servers on a My Cloud EX2 in this concern. You may refer below article to use Google DNS server;

Cant mix Private subnets with Public ones.
