I use my MBL 2TB drive on my local network. I depend on WD SmartWare to backup my desktop computer. I am running W10 Home. My current backup version for WD SmartWare is 2.4.16. When I go into Settings: Software Update and press the Check Now button I receive the following message:
“The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a send.”
How do I address this error?
I was expecting to update to version 2.4.21. Release date 05/25/2018.
