Cannot Update My Email Address on this Forum

Dear Forum Members, Help

It’s been a long(ish) time since I last made a visit and contributed to this forum, in the meantime my email address has changed from the one I registered with to the one I am using now.

Now, I have been all through “My Settings” and I cannot find any options or page that will allow me to update my email address, so at the moment, the Subscriptions box , on the right of my message, i.e. Email me when someone replies, is currently somewhat of a sick joke.

I’ll check back tomorrow.

Changing your E-mail address can only be done by a Forum Admin. I have notified an admin of your Issue for a resolution.

Just registered and used the wrong email.

It was invalid so will have bounced back.

I also need to update my email address for the forum and site. All of my email is being forwarded to the new address. That will only be for the next 30 days. Please let me know how to change it before the 30 day are up.

Only the community admins can update the emails. I have sent you a PM, please respond it and I will forward your request.

I too would like to change my email address.  Would you forward to administrator, as well.

Please, who is in charge for new emails in March 2016?

hi Bill, I recently added a new product to my Account/Profile; strangely the acknowledgement went to my old email id though my Account Information shows the new mail id that I’d updated some time back.
Can you help?

Is this for customer portal? If so, private message me your old and new emails and I’ll look into it.

Your account has been reset to the new email address. You shouldn’t have any issues with it happening again. If you have any problems signing in, do a password reset.

hi Bill, unfortunately haven’t been able to figure out how to PM :slight_smile:

If you click a User’s icon or name, you will get a small pop-up with box that says “message” located to the right of the pop-up.
