Cannot update an app, and now I can't reinstall it

Hi there.

I was trying to update the Plex Server app by installing the .bin file, but after it said it was uploading everything just froze and I couldn’t access the dashboard for a while. I ended up uninstalling Plex to see if reinstalling it would work but now I can’t get onto the App directory to reinstall it. REALLY frustrating as now I can’t watch stuff. What the hell?!

Any advice would be appreciated.
