I tried to submit support ticket.
I diligently fill in the forms.
When I click submit, WD says “Your case has not been submitted yet. Please review the suggested answers below. If they do not answer your question, please submit your case.”
I reviewed the KB articles but none applied to I tried to submit.
NOTHING HAPPENS!

Thanks Trancer but that was exactly the form I filled up diligently. It allowed me to fill up the form but it won’t let me submit the form.
Yes Javascript is enabled.
To add, I tried it in 2 macs now and same problem.
