Cannot sign up for Cloud access

I know there have been other posts about this but I can’t find a solution.  WHen I try to register for a WDMyCLoud acct so I can get cloud access, I get the:

  • The web access account you requested for could not be created. Ensure that you do not have any network connectivity issues and try again. (250006)

I’ve rebooted, restored, done everything I know how to do and still nothing.  My connection status says it’s available.

Has anyone fixed this?  I’m about to throw this thing out the window!  Help!

Have you opened up the Dashboard and read the Help information provided under the Cloud Access tab?
