Cannot setup My Book on new Win 10

I cannot setup my new Win 10 64 bit laptop with My Book 2TB, I keep getting a message > XMLParser::parserurl:error processing file:F: all icons >>> more location details after

Any ideas?

What’s to set up? It’s just a hard drive. Plug it in and off you go.

Yes I can access my saved data on My Book but I cannot access Smartware to be able to save my current data…
When I try to open WD Smartware it gives me the error message?
I hope I am making my issues clear, if not please let me know?
