I have no problem uploading or viewing photos uploaded to My Cloud via the Android App however, when I try to view these photos via the computer (wither directly on the network or online) These photos are no where to be found.
It’s appears that anything uploaded via the app is only accessable via the App. Is anyone else having this issue and how do I fix it? - I have looked over so many discussions but cannot find anything on this topic.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
@NikB What computer and operating system are you using?
If you have Windows have you looked in the Public Folder? What folder did you select for them to be saved in? See example image below.
