Hello I have a 5T Passport and for some reason I can no longer save files to it. I can only view whatever files are on it. I need help. I wish to use it on both MAC and PC Computers. Thanks

I am also facing a similar issue. I am unable to copy stuff to my 2TB HDD which is only 25% full at the moment. Any pointer would help - thanks TIA.
try chkdsk /f on the usb disks
