I have an older WD MyCloud. I have downloaded the latest version of WD SmartWare for W10 (64 bit) on my PC. I can see the drive when I log into MyCloud but the link in the help files for the PC software no longer works. I have read some of the threads which say to download the software off of the drive itself. Not sure how to do that if I cannot access the files on the drive.
I can see the drive listed in File Explorer under Storage. I have also downloaded and tried to use the MyCloud mobile app.
What am I missing?
