Cannot Retrieve Backup For New Laptop

Hello, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I just got an new laptop and need to retrieve files from my old laptop backup on "MY BOOK LIVE.

I have tried using smartware from my new laptop but I do not get any options for other backups that reside on my external drive? I only see what the backup for my new laptop??

Just mount the MBL share on your new PC and copy them over.
