I want to upgrade to os5 on a My Cloud EX2 Ultra 2 port NAS. I had to reset the admin password and did a 4 sec. reset - twice no luck. I now can’t log in with the username because that password is gone. Thanks in advance for your help.

If successfully reset, the admin password is blank (no password).
Then the reset was unsuccessful. No pw doesnt work.

What does the error actually say? Does it say the user name or password is not correct?
