I try to remote log through web site, or wd app but the MyCloud drive is not visible. I only see MyBook Live drive.
The automatic firmware update on MyCloud is ON
I also tried to manual update the firmware with no luck. I got error not enough space or something.
There can be few reasons due to which the mycloud.com or WD Mobile App is causing such issues. It can be due blocked ports by router, DNS issues, UPnP may be disabled. You can refer the link given below and follow the instructions to troubleshoot for the issue.
