Cannot Register New Easystore External Hard Drive

I just bought a 14 TB Easystore Hard Drive from Best Buy. I logged into my WD account, clicked on register new product, selected Easystore USB 3.0 Flash Drive. Then all data fields for my information turn dark grey and I cannot enter anything in and when I hover over the submit button it gives a red circle with a slash through it cursor. Below is a screenshot. How do I register an Easystore USB Hard Drive?

WD don’t make 14TB Easystore 3.0 Flash Drives … dunno why the heck that is an option ?

click “Other WD Products” and you’ll be able to enter the info and they will able to identify your product by the Serial Number.

Do a quick Warranty Status Check … if you wish, to make sure it returns the correct product by the Serial Number you enter. (keep the Serial Number Private … it’s your warranty)
