Just out of curiosity, did that hard drive come inside a Laptop or gaming console? If so, that is the reason why it can not be registered. It’s an OEM drive.

If this is a mistake and the hard drive was a retail purchase then you’ll need to contact WD Support.

Inside the laptop. But today I noticed that HDD secsessfully registered by WD adminisrtators.
