hello i have an 1 TB wd MBL and my mac cannot recognise it and i have a lot of worth data inside.i cannot access by dashboard,i have just try reset,restart,restart router…nothing…any ideas plase?

Get rid of the unit! These drives are terrible!! I have had nothing but issues with mine
