Cannot receive RMA


My G RAID drive has failed and it is under warrenty. I went through the return process and confirmed it is under warrenty, but I have received no RMA. I have spent hours on this. At this point I beleive you return policy is designed so that customers will eventually give up. How can I proceed? How can I talk with a real person regarding returning my product?
