Cannot Read Touro Mobile MX3

Hi,

Need help from experts here, please.

I have been using the Touro Mobile MX3 all these while but my Windows 10 machine was unable to detect it last weekend.

Ran diskmgmt.msc and devmgmt.msc but could not detect as well.

Please assist.
