Cannot read pdf files more than 60mb from my WD my Cloud

Hi,

I’m using my Cloud to store pdf’s magazines, it’s working fine for magazine below 60mb but above 60 mb the retrieve information isn’t show at all. I’m using an Ipad 2 , Ipad mini and an Iphone 4. Is an upgrade version available to solve this problem or will be available soon?

Welcome to the WD Community. 

Are you able to open those files from a different device like a computer? Not a mobile device.

I haven’t encounter any case like that while using and android phone. Not sure if is a limitation for apple devices.
