Cannot reach support site

Hi folks, feedback on the website: looking for warranty info, many blank links.  First example: click on Support from wdc.com, this entirely blank page comes up:  http://support.wdc.com/?wdc_lang=en.

I found a different support site:

https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/id_home

Tried to register a drive. It took the info, then said 0 products registered.  Is the warranty period less than 18 months? There was no error message. Just failure.

UPDATE: these links are working now, but now on the Warranty Check page here:

I get “System Request timed out, please try again later”
