Cannot open my cloud home in Es file explorer

I want to open my cloud home in es file explorer on android
i go to lan then search thin i find device and type same username and password i use in my cloud home app
but i only find public folder
cant see any of my files that shown in pc or my cloud home android app
so how can i open it om es file explorer

You need to use the My Cloud Home app to access the files and folders used by the My Cloud Home desktop, android, and iPhone apps. That’s what it’s for. Accessing the device via LAN network only grants you access to the Public folder, which can be accessed using any username or password (actually, it doesn’t even need a password)
