I have configured the shared folder for downloader tool, the admin user and other users also assigned to the shared folder.
When I tried to login into Downloader Tool, is always said that user and password does not match. I have tried using admin user as well as other user, still got the same problem.
What is the username and password should I use to login into Downloader Tool?
I have set the password in the download setup page too, but have no idea what is this password use for?
Can anyone help me?

default username/password for the download utility is downloader/downloader.
So, is there any way to change the login or/and password for downloader? (I’ve seen the setting for doing that in Network Storage Manager tool, and have changed the password for downloader, but there still no any changes. Is this a bug?)
you can always change the password from the device’s webpage, but you always have to log in to the downloader tool with the username “downloader” then the password you just changed.

I’m sorry to read such [deleted] on a stupid forum instead of the manual, no offense, but it stil does not work and i start to get pissed at the maker(s) of this [deleted] idea. It still is not working, logging into downloader with any password at all, even the user downloader cannot be found nowhere. If they took time to make the next firmware, the switching between pages could be a bit faster so that switching does not take too much time. I am so sorry i bought this Machine that i’m considering to put it on ebay for half the [deleted] price.
I hate this [deleted] and i will make my own NAS which works!
