Cannot login from wd discovery

Hello guys ,
I have a problem with wd discovery . I installed it in windows 10 . But the problem is when i try to login to service always says “wrong email or password” I don’t put wrong credentials because i can login from the website . I made a new user and try with the new data but still the same issue . What ever i do says “wrong email or password”
