Cannot log into mycloud

Mycloud login page not working, I have downloaded the sync tool and that can log in and connect to the remote device but I cannot log into the mycloud website.

go to login page, enter details and I get directed here My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital where it just shows me a page saying signing in but does nothing.

Wd have not helped at all regarding the issue with their site

Clicking “setup” instead of “signin” will get you to the right login page. Even though you’re already set up. On the page: Western Digital
