I have got a new 3TB my cloud. After moving all my music, photos and videos to it, it worked fine (for 2 days) today I get the message " unable to access device (0)"…HELP!
Have you tried the reset button. If you do a hardware reset it will restore all passwords to factory default. Save data will not be affected.
This does not explain why you cannot login so it may happen again if you have a problem with your system
