Cannot Keep Connection to MyCloud

Hello… I have a 2TB MyCloud drive that I thought was working fine. However, after having to do a factory reset I cannot seem to stay connected to the drive. When I try to connect via Smartware it says the drive is not there. When I try to connect via Windows Explorer it shows the folder but I cannot access it. If I unplug the device and plug it back in it is accessible for maybe 20 min then the LED lights go out and it is no longer accessible. Please help,

If after the factory reset the device is not working as expected then i will suggest you to contact WD support to get better assistance.
