Hi,
I bought diskless ex2 ultra last month and 1 separate 4tb wd red to go with it.
Whenever i try to install any app from the store, it downloads it, but says failed to install it. It has the latest firmware. Any idea how to go about fixing it ?
How and which applications are you trying to install on My Cloud EX2 Ultra?

Thanks for the reply. I tried the steps mentioned but with no success. I was having same problem with every app.
I solved it though by doing a quick restore of setting of ex2. Now apps [plex, transmission etc] are working fine.
