Cannot get to blue solrd light

I have lost contact with my Cloud device. When I turn the power on, I see a solid white light for a while then the white light starts to flash and never gets to a solid blue the way it did before. Can anyone shed any light on why this is happeneing?

The white light indicates it is trying to go through some file  sytem and disk checks. Did you try to let it run for a long time? It is possible that it found some disk issues that could take several hours to go through.
