Bought my first WD My Cloud home in December. Got it connected with no problems and really like it. I bought a second one from the same store about 2 weeks ago. Plugged it in as I did the first one but my Widows 10 does not recognize it. Both are plugged into the same router. I’ve tried disconnecting the first one. Still, the 2nd one isn’t recognized. I plug the first one back in and the computer picks it right up. I know I must be missing a step but cannot figure out what it is.Help will be greatly appreciated.
