Cannot fully restore PR2100

Hey y’all! I just come across an issue with my PR2100 and not sure how to proceed from here.

I’ve been trying to do a Full Restore on my NAS, however, every time it’s like it’s doing a System Only restore. When it boots back up after the restore, it asks me all the usual stuff like when I first got it, but then all my data is still there, all the apps are still there. I’ve also tried the 40secs pin restore but the same happens.

Basically what I want is to start it afresh. Any advice?

You can use the web dashboard to perform system restore with different level. Refer to the UM page 87 for info - http://products.wdc.com/library/UM/ENG/4779-705142.pdf
