I have an external drive that I erased using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows, but now my computer does not recognize anything there. I tried WD Quick Formatter but it does not find the drive either. How can I resolve this?

Is your drive showing up in the disk management?

Hi, If your drive is not appearing in disk management then it might be possible that your drive is physically damaged. To make sure whether it is physically or logically damaged i suggest you to check your drive in device manager also. If it is appearing in device manager then there is possibility of drive recovery.
